Our Goals

Expose communities in the developing world to the benefits of adaptations that enhance education, employment, and independent living.

Collaborate with communities to build capacity in the use of adaptations, that are culturally relevant, sustainable, and replicable.

Provide relevant and appropriate resources that enable communities new to adaptations, and other assistive technology, to become increasingly knowledgeable about its values.

Our Mission

Community Inclusion Through Technology, International, (the CITTI Project), supports communities in developing countries to create replicable, economic, sustainable adaptations for people with disabilities, using materials indigenous to their community. Adaptations, also called assistive technology, enable people with disabilities to perform tasks that are otherwise difficult or impossible to do.
